Thank you for participating in this study. You will be acting as a customer service agent who is assigned a task and will use a conversational agent to resolve the issue. Please follow these steps to complete your participation:

1. Access the Survey:
   • When you are done reading this info press the start button at the bottom of this page to access the survey form.
2. Interact with the Conversational Agent:
   • Within the survey, you will find a link to a conversational agent.
   • Click on the link and interact with the conversational agent to resolve the case.
3. Return to the Survey:
   • After interacting with the conversational agent, return to the survey form.
4. Complete the Survey:
   • Proceed to the last page of the survey and answer all the remaining questions.
   • Once you have submitted the form you can choose to participate in a follow-up study to this experiment.
